小編近期獲悉，中國(guó)石油化工集團(tuán)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中石化”)中石化銷售有限公司21日與中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)B2C電商企業(yè)1號(hào)店簽訂業(yè)務(wù)框架合作協(xié)議。至此，在“試水”零售、物流領(lǐng)域后，中石化在電商市場(chǎng)再邁一步。
根據(jù)協(xié)議，雙方將主要在聯(lián)合采購(gòu)、O2O(線上與線下聯(lián)動(dòng))業(yè)務(wù)、電商平臺(tái)合作、油品銷售等領(lǐng)域積極探索以開展合作。包括，發(fā)揮1號(hào)店的全球采購(gòu)平臺(tái)優(yōu)勢(shì)和易捷2.3萬家門店規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)，對(duì)部分商品實(shí)施聯(lián)合采購(gòu)，降低采購(gòu)成本；在中石化易捷便利店試點(diǎn)開展電商包括自提與商品二維碼銷售等O2O(線上與線下聯(lián)動(dòng))業(yè)務(wù)；探索1號(hào)店開設(shè)專區(qū)銷售中石化易捷特色商品；探索雙方電商平臺(tái)的合作，開展交叉營(yíng)銷，促進(jìn)雙方商品銷售的提升；中石化將作為油品供應(yīng)商，為1號(hào)店提供優(yōu)質(zhì)油品和供應(yīng)保障。
作為中國(guó)最大、世界第二大成品油供應(yīng)商，中石化截至2013年底，擁有自營(yíng)加油(氣)站3萬多座、約8000萬加油卡持卡客戶。
1號(hào)店于2008年7月上線，開創(chuàng)了中國(guó)電子商務(wù)行業(yè)“網(wǎng)上超市”的先河，網(wǎng)站流量最高達(dá)每天2000萬人次，在國(guó)內(nèi)B2C綜合電商中排名第三，2013年實(shí)現(xiàn)整體銷售額115.4億元人民幣。
