近年來，隨著中國經(jīng)濟不斷地發(fā)展，人民的消費水平也在不斷提高，對進口水果的喜愛程度也在逐漸加深。2018年，中國水果進口總額約為485.56萬噸，進口額近69.45億美元，同比增長了36.48%。而據(jù)媒體6月25日報道，今年5月中國熱帶水果的進口量再創(chuàng)下歷史新高。

有數(shù)據(jù)顯示，上個月中國進口的香蕉數(shù)量飆升至227199噸。正是因為有這一數(shù)據(jù)作為支撐，5月中國在水果和堅果上的購買量提高到了72萬噸，較去年同期增長了近8倍。而在這之中，東南亞地區(qū)成為了中國主要的水果進口來源地。

而在香蕉進口上，去年中國共購買了154萬噸的香蕉，其中自菲律賓進口的就有127.3萬噸，較2017年增長了70%，較日本的進口量高出16.56%。中國也因此打破了日本維持了30多年的進口紀錄，一躍成為菲律賓香蕉最大的進口國。
Last year, China bought 1.54 million tons of bananas, including 1.273 million from the Philippines, up 70% from 2017 and 16.56% higher than Japan. China has thus surpassed Japan's import record of more than 30 years and become the largest importer of bananas to the Philippines.
與此同時，中國也在擴大對柬埔寨等其他生產(chǎn)國的進口。以前，柬埔寨香蕉如果想進入中國市場，只能選擇“借道”越南。但去年8月，中柬兩國簽署了協(xié)議，柬埔寨香蕉成為了首個被準許直接進入中國市場的水果種類。而在上月底，首批輸華的100噸柬埔寨香蕉已經(jīng)成功抵達中國。有分析師預(yù)測，隨著柬埔寨種植面積的擴大，未來有望成為最大的對華香蕉出口國。
