德國(guó)食品和農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)尤莉亞•戈洛克內(nèi)爾（Julia Klöckner）本周攜經(jīng)濟(jì)代表團(tuán)訪問中國(guó)四天，于周四（13日）與中方簽署了擴(kuò)大氣候和農(nóng)業(yè)合作意向書。戈洛克內(nèi)爾此行重點(diǎn)是促進(jìn)雙方環(huán)保農(nóng)業(yè)和友待動(dòng)物農(nóng)業(yè)的合作項(xiàng)目。雙方還將加強(qiáng)食品安全等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的合作。
Julia Klockner, Germany's food and agriculture minister, signed a letter of intent on Thursday to expand cooperation on climate and agriculture during her four-day economic visit to China this week. Klöckner's visit will focus on promoting cooperation projects on environmental protection and friendly animal agriculture.The two sides will also strengthen cooperation in food safety and other areas.

戈洛克內(nèi)爾13日在北京和中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部部長(zhǎng)韓長(zhǎng)賦會(huì)談后表示，中方發(fā)出了愿意重新從德國(guó)進(jìn)口牛肉的良好信號(hào)。自歐洲瘋牛病后，德國(guó)牛肉一直在中國(guó)受到禁止。韓長(zhǎng)賦表示，他將為中國(guó)允許進(jìn)口德國(guó)，還有法國(guó)和愛爾蘭牛肉而努力，并和海關(guān)協(xié)商。
China is willing to increase its imports of German pork and may soon open its doors to German beef, DPA reported.
China has sent a good signal that it is willing to re-import beef from Germany, Klöckner said after talks with Chinese agriculture minister han changfu in Beijing on Wednesday. German beef has been banned in China since mad cow disease in Europe. Mr Han said he would work for China to allow imports of German, French and Irish beef and consult with customs.
由于受到非洲豬瘟的影響，中國(guó)對(duì)加大德國(guó)豬肉進(jìn)口表示了很大興趣。豬瘟今年可能將奪去中國(guó)20%，也就是說，四億只豬的生命。豬肉供應(yīng)緊缺和價(jià)格上漲已帶來民心不穩(wěn)定。戈洛克內(nèi)爾說，中方多方請(qǐng)求德國(guó)擴(kuò)大對(duì)中國(guó)的豬肉出口。
Affected by African swine fever, China has expressed great interest in increasing German pork imports. Swine fever could kill up to 20% of China's pigs this year, or 400 million pigs. Tight pork supplies and rising prices have created instability in the hearts of the people. Klöckner said the Chinese side has made a number of requests to Germany to expand pork exports to China.
雙方還愿意擴(kuò)大農(nóng)業(yè)科技領(lǐng)域的合作，并談及農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓。但這位基民盟政治家表示，德方不會(huì)單方敞開知識(shí)的大門，中方也必須愿意敞開他們的科研成果。
戈洛克內(nèi)爾還希望中方擴(kuò)大德國(guó)蘋果，小麥，家禽等產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的渠道。
The two sides are also willing to expand cooperation in agricultural science and technology and talk about the transfer of agricultural technology. But the cdu politician says Germany will not open the door to knowledge unilaterally, and China must be willing to open its scientific research too.
Klöckner also wants China to expand access to the Chinese market for German apples, wheat, poultry and other products.

Klöckner said she would not pursue trade with China at all costs, but would focus on priorities. For example, focus on sustainable development of agriculture and forestry economy. She also suggested China adopt a new soil policy to maintain the land, reduce fertilization and pesticides. She says China has come to realize that it is applying too much fertilizers. China fertilizes three times as much as Germany. Moreover, China's land is depleted and polluted. So China is bullish on German agricultural products." China is willing to learn from us and must do so to improve its image and enhance sustainability," Mr. Gollockner said.
Chinainout is the biggest platform for frozen pork, beef, chicken business promotion in China.
