據(jù)最新消息，經(jīng)國務院關稅稅則委員會研究提出并報國務院批準，對部分日用消費品開展降低進口關稅試點。自2015年6月1日起，我國以暫定稅率方式降低護膚品、西裝、短統(tǒng)靴、紙尿褲等產品的進口關稅，平均降幅超過50%。

自6月1日起開始的關稅下調產品主要以紡織服裝企業(yè)的產品為主。其中，毛皮衣服的進口關稅由23%直降至10%；喀什米爾山羊細毛制針織或鉤編套頭衫等進口關稅由14%直降至7%；毛制男式大衣、斗篷及類似品和毛制女式大衣、斗篷及類似品的進口關稅由16%直降至8%；毛制男式西服套裝和毛制女式西服套裝的進口關稅由17.5%直降至10%。 同時，鞋類產品也成為此次關稅下調的重點，如其他橡膠、塑料短統(tǒng)靴(過踝)等五類鞋產品進口關稅由24%直降至12%，而紡織材料制面的其他鞋靴進口關稅由22%直降至12%。此外，紙尿褲的進口關稅由7.5%降低至2%，護膚品的進口關稅由5%降低至2%。

從上述可見，這次進口關稅下調的力度較大，平均下調值在50%，有的關稅下降幅度甚至超過了50%。

財政部關稅司發(fā)布的公告稱，本次調整旨在完善消費品進出口政策，豐富國內消費者購物選擇，對國內消費者需求大的部分日用消費品要開展降低進口關稅試點。（中國進出口網(wǎng)）

Moreover, the import tariffs on diapers will be reduced from 7.5% to 2%, import tariff on skincare reduced from 5% to 2%.

From the foregoing, this time the import tariffs will be reduced greatly, with an average reduction of 50% in value, even some items’ tariffs decline by more than 50%.
