“我衷心希望這次訪問能為中白關(guān)系播撒希望的種子，并結(jié)出累累碩果，造福兩國人民。”當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間10日上午，中國國家主席習(xí)近平抵達(dá)白俄羅斯首都明斯克時(shí)這樣說道。

習(xí)近平此訪，是中國國家元首14年來首次對(duì)白俄羅斯進(jìn)行國事訪問。在位于明斯克主干道勝利者大街的獨(dú)立宮，習(xí)近平與盧卡申科舉行了會(huì)談，簽署了中白友好合作條約和中白關(guān)于進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和深化全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的聯(lián)合聲明，見證了政治、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、教育、地方合作等領(lǐng)域雙邊合作文件的簽署。

在元首桌的左側(cè)，擺放著一張白色長桌、兩把白色座椅，長桌一側(cè)的茶幾上厚厚摞著大紅封面的協(xié)議文本。禮賓人員引導(dǎo)著二十多位中白雙方簽約人，在白椅子后面依簽約先后次序排成兩隊(duì)。

這個(gè)場面，連盧卡申科總統(tǒng)也是首次見到。

“在這座獨(dú)立宮里，我們?cè)?jīng)見證很多歷史事件的發(fā)生，但還是頭一次看見這樣一種大家排著隊(duì)來簽署文件的簽字儀式，真是令人激動(dòng)！……明天我們還要與習(xí)近平主席共同出席中白地方經(jīng)貿(mào)合作論壇開幕式，雙方還將簽署一系列具體合作協(xié)議。毫無疑問，這些協(xié)議的簽署將推動(dòng)我們兩國之間、兩國地方之間的務(wù)實(shí)合作與交流，為兩國人民帶來實(shí)實(shí)在在的好處。”（中國進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)） "I sincerely hope that this visit will sow the seeds of hope for the China-Belarus relations, and benefit both countries’ people." This is the first time for China’s head of state to pay a state visit to Belarus in 14 years. In the Independence Palace of winner street, Xi Jinping and Lukashenko held talks, signed a friendly cooperation treaty and joint statement on further development and deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership, witnessing the signature of bilateral cooperation documents regarding cultural, economic, technological, educational, regional cooperation and other areas.　　

There was a white long table and two white chairs on the left side of the head’s table, there were a think pile of agreements with red cover. Concierge staff guided more than twenty Chinese and Belorussian signatories in white, and made them two lines according to the contract order.

It’s the first time to see this scene, even for President Lukashenko.
