外媒稱，歐盟牛奶生產(chǎn)配額限制一旦解禁可能會引發(fā)一波生產(chǎn)浪潮，大型奶廠會把生產(chǎn)率擴(kuò)到最大，以此壓低價格。而小型企業(yè)可能會在這場價格戰(zhàn)中不敵陣亡。

德國之聲電臺網(wǎng)站1月17日報道稱,相比之下,這個政策似乎有利于牛奶收購者和乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)。面對著歐洲停滯不前的需求,乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)把希望放在需求不斷增大的國外市場。大多數(shù)乳制品銷售經(jīng)理常掛在嘴邊的一句口頭禪是"國外好賺錢"。德國牛奶產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會主席恩格爾(Karl-Heinz Engel)形容產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景時表示：“乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)尋找并發(fā)現(xiàn)了全球多地的新市場,但必須我們繼續(xù)投資打開新市場。”

2013年德國牛奶制品生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)到了近120億歐元,乳品行業(yè)的銷售額超過了250億歐元。德國是全球第5大奶制品生產(chǎn)國。全球最大奶制品出口地是新西蘭,其次是歐盟和美國,澳大利亞也是一個十分重要的奶制品出口國家。

歐盟認(rèn)為,對進(jìn)口乳制品需求最大的國家依然會是中國,據(jù)悉,全球有1/5的出口奶制品都被運到中國。

縱觀全球,世界三大乳業(yè)巨頭是瑞士的雀巢集團(tuán)、其次是法國的達(dá)能和拉克塔利斯公司。德國最大的奶制品公司是DMK乳業(yè)公司(Deutsche Milchkontor),營收規(guī)模達(dá)到了約53億歐元,居世界乳制品公司排名第13位。（中國進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)）

The EU believes that China is still the largest country in the demand for imported dairy products. It is learned that the 1/5 world's dairy products are shipped to China.
