海爾探索的內(nèi)容，有三點(diǎn)。第一個是戰(zhàn)略，第二是組織，第三是薪酬。
一是戰(zhàn)略。戰(zhàn)略是什么？成為第一不是戰(zhàn)略，你能夠找出成為第一的路徑，這才是戰(zhàn)略。今天怎么找出符合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代要求的路徑？這才是戰(zhàn)略，你的戰(zhàn)略必須要變，變成符合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代。
