中國財(cái)政部副部長(zhǎng)朱光耀日前表示，在當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇脆弱又面臨重大挑戰(zhàn)的環(huán)境下，中美是促進(jìn)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的兩大亮點(diǎn)，中國對(duì)今年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)最大。專家認(rèn)為，中國作為世界上最大的新興市場(chǎng)國家，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期保持穩(wěn)定，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率不斷提升。特別是在積極應(yīng)對(duì)國際金融危機(jī)的過程中，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)率先實(shí)現(xiàn)回升向好，成為促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的重要引擎。

經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)1/3

國際貨幣基金組織秘書長(zhǎng)林建海表示，金融危機(jī)后，新興市場(chǎng)國家對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)3/4，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到1/3。

商務(wù)部研究院研究員梅新育對(duì)本報(bào)記者說，中國對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)突出表現(xiàn)在以下方面：

一是中國制造為全世界提供了大量商品，尤其是為低收入國家、低收入群體提供了物美價(jià)廉的現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)品。同時(shí)，具備強(qiáng)大的效率和成本優(yōu)勢(shì)的中國制造，有效地抑制了美國等進(jìn)口國國內(nèi)的通脹壓力。
二是中國提供了全球第二大且連續(xù)10年以上增長(zhǎng)最快的進(jìn)口市場(chǎng)，為其他眾多貿(mào)易伙伴提供了對(duì)華出口、搭乘中國經(jīng)濟(jì)快車的機(jī)會(huì)。

三是中國日益擴(kuò)大的海外投資為越來越多的國家彌補(bǔ)了資本缺口，十多年來，一些發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在很大程度上依靠對(duì)華貿(mào)易和中國直接投資拉動(dòng)。此外，中國是全世界最大的海外工程承包國。中國近30年發(fā)展起來的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)模式、技術(shù)是全世界最高效的，通過引進(jìn)中國工程企業(yè)，眾多國家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施有了巨大改進(jìn)。（中國進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)整理翻譯）

Experts believe that China, as the world's largest emerging market country, its economic and social development keeps stable for a long term ans its contribution rate to world economic growth has been continuously increasing. Especially in the process of actively coping with the international financial crisis, China's economy first achieved a turnaround and became an important engine for world economic recovery.

Economic contribution rate reaches 1/3

Lin Jianhai, IMF Secretary-General said that after the financial crisis, emerging market countries’ contribution rate to global economy reached 3/4 and China’s to 1/3.

Mei Xinyu, a researcher at the Ministry of Commerce, told reporters that China’s contribution outstandingly performs in the following areas:

First, “made in China” provides a large number of commodities for the countries all over the world, particularly provides affordable modern consumer goods for low-income countries and low-income groups. Meanwhile, “made in China”, with a strong manufacturing efficiency and cost advantages, effectively inhibits domestic inflationary pressures in US and other importing countries.

Second, China provides an import market, a world's second largest and growing fastest for more than 10 consecutive years import market and provides an opportunity for many other trading partners exporting to China and picking up Chinese economy express.

Third, China's increasingly overseas investment makes up the capital shortfall, more than a decade, the economic development of some developing countries rely heavily on the trade with China and China's direct investment. In addition, China is the world's largest overseas project contracting country. China’s infrastructure mode and the technology is the most efficient in the world. The infrastructure in many countries has been improved greatly through the introduction of Chinese engineering companies.
