凱歌香檳 (Veuve Clicquot) 是一個有著傳奇色彩的百年品牌。1772年，創(chuàng)始人Philippe Clicquot 在法國成立 Clicquot 酒業(yè)公司；1775年，Clicquot 便開始出口自己的 Clicquot rose香；1805年，Philippe 的兒子 Francois Clicquot 去世，他的遺孀 Madame Clicquot Ponsardin (原名Nicole Barbe Ponsardin) 接過丈夫的事業(yè)，她發(fā)明了一種新的的搖瓶與除渣技術(shù)，使香檳從此清澈晶瑩、毫無雜質(zhì)，對后世影響深遠。Madame Clicquot 畢其一生之精力釀制最高品質(zhì)的香檳酒，她注重細節(jié)、堅持不懈地追求高品質(zhì)并勤奮工作，在八十八歲高齡去世時，她被譽為“偉大的香檳女士”。
