車?yán)遄?，別名又叫櫻桃（進(jìn)口櫻桃）、含桃、荊桃等，是上市最早的一種喬木果實，號稱“百果第一枝”。據(jù)說黃鶯特別喜好啄食這種果子，因而又名為“鶯桃”。其果實雖小如珍珠，但色澤紅艷光潔，玲瓏如瑪瑙寶石一般，味道甘甜而微酸，既可鮮食，又可腌制或作為其他菜肴食品的點綴，倍受青睞。
