付款方式:貨物到港，CCIC檢測(cè)后，MT103/TT匯款（人民幣結(jié)算，以美元計(jì)價(jià)）。
Payment conditions and performance protection：
1. After signing, the first ship test order is 1 million barrels, after the goods are loaded on the ship, the seller and the buyer's shipping agent and freight forwarder are docked, the buyer's maritime and customs report is successful, and 20% of the payment is paid, and after CCIC testing, it will be remitted to the seller's designated account through MT103/TT (settled in RMB, denominated in US dollars).
2. After the successful test order, 2 million barrels / month, 12 consecutive months, 24 million barrels / year, our company issued an irrevocable, indivisible and non-transferable RMB documentary letter of credit as a payment performance guarantee.
3. After receiving the buyer's letter of credit, the seller issues a 2% PB performance guarantee and complete POP documents to the buyer's bank.
4. CIF goods are transported to the port, and the shipping documents are submitted to the buyer, and after CIQ/CCIC testing, the buyer remits the payment to the seller's designated account through MT103 (settled in RMB, denominated in US dollars).
支付條件及履約保障
1、簽訂后，首船試單100萬(wàn)桶，貨物裝船后，賣方和買方船代、貨代對(duì)接，買方海事、海關(guān)報(bào)備成功后支付20%貨款，CCIC 檢測(cè)后通過(guò)MT103/TT匯至賣方指定賬戶（用人民幣結(jié)算，以美元計(jì)價(jià)）。
2、試單成功后，200 萬(wàn)桶/ 月 ，連續(xù)12個(gè)月，2400 萬(wàn)桶/ 年，我公司開(kāi)具不可撤銷的、不可分割、不可轉(zhuǎn)讓人民幣跟單信用證作為付款履約保證。
3、賣方收到買方的信用證后向買方銀行發(fā)出2%PB履約保函和完整的 POP 文件。
4、CIF貨物運(yùn)到港口，并向買方提交裝運(yùn)單據(jù)，經(jīng)CIQ/CCIC 檢測(cè)后買方通過(guò)MT103將貨款匯入賣方指定賬戶（用人民幣結(jié)算，以美元計(jì)價(jià)）。
